We're Canadian, we love snow. The patio deck is not maintained throughout the winter season.
To ensure a smooth entry into the parkade, please take note of the maximum vehicle height limit, which is set at 7'6" or 2.5 meters. You'll find the parkade entrance at the back of the building on Creekside Mews Rd.
We've got you covered with a designated parking spot exclusively reserved just for you. Look out for spot number 213, which is exclusively yours to use during your stay. For added convenience, there are also complimentary parking spaces available near the Malcolm Hotel. So, whether you prefer your reserved spot or opt for the nearby options, parking will be a breeze!
To access the parkade, simply follow the instructions provided during check-in. You'll receive a code that you can use to activate the garage door and gain entry.

To turn on the TV and Cable Box, simply grab the TV remote and you're good to go. Enjoy your viewing experience! You can easily access your personal Netflix account as we do not offer any paid streaming services.
You'll find all the controls conveniently placed beside the master bedroom. Just a friendly reminder, please refrain from adjusting the Fresh Air control to maintain optimal air circulation.
To adjust the temperature between Hot and Cold, simply use the "Mode" function on the Heating/Cooling control. It gives you the flexibility to find your preferred comfort level.
For your convenience, an operations video was sent along with your check-in instructions. It's a helpful resource to guide you through the operations and make your stay even more enjoyable.
