We're Canadian, we love snow. The patio deck is not maintained throughout the winter season.
The parkade has a maximum height allowance of 7'3" ft or 2.2m. We've got allocated underground parking just for you, and you can access it from Streamside Lane. We've also got disabled parking available underground, so we've got your needs covered!
To get to the parking, you only need to turn onto Streamside Lane from Spring Creek Drive. Easy peasy! You'll have one stall waiting for you in our heated parkade. The best part? Your parking stall number matches your unit number, so you'll be able to find it easily (105A).
Just a quick heads up, we kindly ask that you don't park your car before your check-in time or after your check-out time. We gotta keep those parking spaces available for our hardworking cleaning and maintenance team.

Regular cable is available on the TV. Our guests can log in to their personal Netflix accounts. We do not provide any paid streaming service.
Geothermal systems have been installed in the units as a sustainable way to heat and cool your space. The thermostats have been preset to ideal temperatures for both heating and cooling.
Just a friendly heads-up about our geothermal system. It's designed to be a "passive" system, which means it works its magic quietly in the background. However, when it comes to adjusting the temperature, it might take a little time for you to feel the results. So, if you raise or lower the temperature, it could take up to 2 hours for the changes to kick in and make you feel more comfortable. Don't worry, though! The system is working diligently to create the perfect atmosphere for you.
