We're Canadian, we love snow. The patio deck is not maintained throughout the winter season.
Underground parking is located on the west side of the building. Clearance is 6.5 ft. If your vehicle is higher than this, please find free street parking.
Enter the parking garage and immediately turn left.
Drive to the end of the parking garage and turn right. You will go up a ramp.
Your stall is 157.
To access the unit, use the stairs/ramp.
Take the door on the left with 2 elevators.
Enter the elevator code into the keypad and press 4.

The unit comes with total TV full cable.
The Smart TV allows you to log in to your apps.
The unit is heated by in-floor heating. It may take a while to heat up/and cool off. It is recommended that you set the temperature once and leave it.
Air conditioning is operated by the Fujitsu remote on the wall. Press start and select your temperature.

TAKING OUT THE TRASH
There are 2 options for garbage disposal.
On the 4th floor, there is a Refuse room to dispose of trash. It is a smaller shoot so if the bags are larger they will not fit.
If the bags are large, the Refuse on the main floor "M" is the garbage room across from the elevators. This is where larger bags can be disposed of.
